The terms in full
Tracking
Your tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel is dispatched. If tracking goes quiet, or your order passes the estimate above, email us and we will open a trace with the carrier straight away. If nothing has arrived 30 business days after dispatch, we resend it or refund you in full.
Returns
First 14 days: cancel for any reason, no explanation needed. You may unpack the item and inspect it as you would in a shop.
Days 15–30: our own promise on top of that — still happy to take it back, but unused and in its original packaging, and hygiene-sealed items only while the seal is intact.
Return postage is yours either way. We refund the original delivery cost, which was free.
Guarantee
Two years from delivery. If it arrives faulty, or turns out not to be as described, email us with a photo and we put it right — repair, replacement or refund, at no cost to you.

Safe use

This is jewellery for an adult to wear. It is not a baby product — never put it on a child or leave it within reach: a chain and a small pendant are a strangulation and choking risk. Material note: the supplier lists this as stainless steel and states REACH compliance, but their own listing also carries a California Proposition 65 warning for lead and cadmium. We have asked for the test report and will publish it here when we have it. Until then, treat it as jewellery to wear, not to handle constantly or to let anyone put in their mouth.

It is made to order, so allow a few days on top of the usual delivery window.
Can I return it?
Personalised items are the one exception to the 30 days — once your name is on it, it cannot go back. Faulty or wrong items are always replaced.
Will it tarnish?
It is stainless steel. Keep it out of water, perfume and cosmetics and the colour lasts.
