Where we ship
39 countries across Europe, North America, Asia and Oceania. If your country does not appear at checkout, email us and we will tell you straight whether we can reach you.
What it costs
Free tracked shipping on every order. No minimum, no tiers. An optional paid express service is offered at checkout where it is available.
Duties and taxes
The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Import duties and taxes for the destinations we ship to are included — you will not be asked for anything extra on delivery.
How long it takes
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. After that:
- Most destinations: 8–18 business days
- United States: 10–20 business days
Our products are prepared for your order at our partner warehouses rather than pulled from stock that has been sitting for months. That adds a few days at the start and is the honest reason these windows are longer than a domestic retailer's. Every order is tracked and you get the tracking number by email as soon as it moves.
If it goes wrong
If your parcel has not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, email hello@babyzaza.com with your order number and we will either resend it or refund you in full. That is our choice to make easy, not yours to argue for.
