Your right to cancel

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. To use it, tell us in a clear statement before the 14 days are up — an email to hello@babyzaza.com is enough. You then have 14 days from telling us to send the goods back.

We refund everything we received from you, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of getting the goods back or of proof that you sent them, whichever comes first. Refunds go to the original payment method. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, and for any loss in value caused by handling them beyond what is needed to establish their nature and characteristics.

Our own 30-day promise

On top of that legal right, we give you 30 days from delivery to change your mind. Keep the item unused and in its original packaging and you are covered. A few items arrive sealed for hygiene reasons; those can only come back unopened.

If something arrives faulty or not as described

You keep the full legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects . These are free to you and last two years from delivery. Email us with your order number and a photo and we will put it right — repair, replacement or refund — at no cost to you.

How to start a return

Email hello@babyzaza.com with your order number. We reply within 24 hours on weekdays and send you the return address. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.
