We keep this simple. You have enough going on.

30 days to change your mind

Anything in the shop can come back within 30 days of delivery. Keep it unused and in its original packaging and you're covered. One small note: a few items arrive sealed for hygiene reasons, and those can only come back unopened. (You'd want us to hold that line for the person who ordered before you, too.)

90 days on our signature line

Our signature products carry a longer promise: love it or return it, for 90 days. Use it. Sling it in the changing bag. Let it survive an actual Tuesday. If it isn't pulling its weight, send it back for a full refund. You'll see the 90-day badge on those product pages.

Starting a return

Email us with your order number. That's the whole process. We reply with the return address and simple instructions — no portals, no preprinted-label drama, no maze designed to make you give up.

Refund timing

Your refund goes back to your original payment method within 14 days of your return reaching us. We'll email you the moment it's done.

Damaged or wrong item? Don't post it back.

If something arrives broken, wrong, or missing a piece, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or a refund — your choice. No return shipping, no forms, no debate.
