Every order ships free and fully tracked to 39 countries across Europe, North America, Asia and Oceania. No minimums, no shipping tiers, no "spend a little more to unlock." The price you see is the price you pay.
Delivery windows
- Most destinations: 8–18 business days
- US: 10–20 business days
Our products are made to ship — prepared for your order at our partner warehouses, not pulled from a pile that's been sitting around for months. It adds a few days. We think it's worth the wait, and we'd rather give you a real number than a pretty one.
No surprise fees
All taxes and customs are included in your price. Nothing to pay at the door, ever.
US orders: the checkout price is everything we charge. If a carrier ever asks you for a fee, forward it to us and we'll make it right.
Tracking
As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you get an email with a tracking link. Tracking can be quiet for the first few days while the parcel moves between carriers — that's normal, not lost. Once it lands in your country, updates come quickly.
If your package stalls
If tracking hasn't moved in 10 business days, email us. We are a small independent shop run by real people, and we answer within 24 hours on weekdays. We'll chase the carrier — and if a parcel is genuinely lost, we reship it or refund you in full. Your choice.
