Terms of service

Baby Zaza is an independent online shop. Email: hello@babyzaza.com. These terms govern your use of babyzaza.com and any order you place through it. Placing an order means you accept them. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Orders

A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. Until then we may decline an order — for example if an item is unavailable, a price is clearly wrong, or we cannot ship to your address. If we decline after you have paid, we refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes and the import duties described in our Shipping policy. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.

Products

We photograph and describe every product as accurately as we can, including where a colour is a supplier's own name for a shade. Screens vary, so slight colour differences are possible. Product dimensions are approximate.

What we do not sell

We deliberately refuse categories that need laboratory certification we cannot verify: pacifiers and teethers, feeding equipment, sleep positioners and nests, car seats, baby monitors and bath seats. Nothing on this site is a medical device or a safety device, and nothing here should be treated as one. Always supervise your child.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law and disputes

If we cannot resolve a complaint between us, you may refer the matter to a consumer mediator. As a consumer you keep the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence.
